Refund Policy

In the event that any payment is to be refunded we will endeavour to make the refund payment back to the credit/debit card from which the original payment was made.

If for any reason the payment cannot be made to the originating card for reasons outside our control a cheque refund will be made to the cardholder.

Entitlement to a refund will be based on a payment or overpayment made in error and will be made at the discretion of J.B & G Forsyth.

Payments submitted through online payment are done on the basis that the payer agrees for funds to be paid to J.B & G Forsyth.
